We are open 30 minutes before and after each class. Please respect your practice and your fellow yogis by being on time. Give yourself a few minutes before class to lie down on your mat to calm your mind and body.
* New Students please arrive at least 20 – 25 minutes before class. To learn more about how to prepare for your first class, please visit our New Student Getting Started page.
Please, no cell phone use. Please finish your conversation before entering.
A large towel, yoga mat and bottle of water are required for each class. These items may be purchased/rented at either studio.
Please wait 15 minutes prior to the start time of each class before entering the yoga room.
Leave all personal belongings in the locker room. Only bring your mat, towel and water into the classroom. Do not leave valuables in your car.
Out of respect for your classmates, please refrain from talking or whispering in the yoga room.
Please refrain from entering or leaving class during postures. If you must leave the room in an emergency, please wait for the instructor to help you out and let you back in.
No sugared drinks (Vitamin Water/Gatorade), carbonated beverages, or glass bottles allowed in the classroom. Only water please.
In consideration of others, please keep your body and feet clean before entering the classroom and refrain from wearing perfume, cologne or strong scents.
Be mindful of your neighbor’s space and visibility in the mirror.
Please maintain tidiness while using the locker rooms and clean up after yourself after using the showers, toilets and sinks.
Please place trash in the trash cans, towels and mats in the marked bins, and plastic water bottles in the blue recycling containers.
Please limit your showers to less than 2 minutes.
Remember, we all share this space and it is your studio. Please help to keep it clean and be respectful of others.
Bikram Yoga Memphis is not responsible for lost or stolen property. All items found will be held in our lost and found until the end of each month, then either discarded or donated to Goodwill.
